Q & A - ctd

o What about extra copies? - How many copies of the video are included in the price, and also the cost of additional DVDs.

o How long will the videographer stay? - Agree when (and where) the videographer will start filming and when he will finish.

o How much will it cost? - Many videographers offer wedding packages or levels of service, to suit different budgets.  Usually there are also additional chargeable options available.  When looking at prices, make sure that you are comparing equivalent services.  Prices vary but as a guide expect to pay min £1000 for a professional videographer.

o Is the videographer familiar with the church? - A good videographer will endeavour to attend your rehearsal to ensure that potential problems are identified and discussed with you.

o Will the videographer who filmed and edited the demo seen, be the same one at my wedding? - Beware, some videographers employ others (often inexperienced) to assist or even do complete weddings for them.  Filming and editing styles also do vary.

o What equipment will the videographer be using? - You may not be interested in the technical specification, but an idea of camera size, microphones, tripods, lights etc may be useful if you are worried about how obtrusive they may appear.
